Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DocuPulse platform ("DocuPulse"), including connecting repositories via GitHub or GitLab, executing CLI tools, or utilizing our Claude 3.5 Sonnet autonomous agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Platform License & Customer Code Ownership
You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all source code, route files, and repository assets processed by DocuPulse.
All synthetic test suites, Playwright scripts, OpenAPI 3.1 definitions, and Postman collections generated by DocuPulse are your exclusive work product and property.
3. Third-Party AI Services & API Terms
DocuPulse interfaces with Anthropic's Claude API to perform AST analysis and test code compilation. Customers agree to comply with Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. DocuPulse does not permit the generation of malicious exploit scripts, vulnerability fuzzing targeting third parties without authorization, or activities violating applicable cyber laws.
4. Availability & Service Level Agreements
For Pro and Enterprise tiers, DocuPulse maintains a 99.9% uptime target for webhook ingestion and AST processing pipelines. Enterprise dedicated VPC instances carry tailored SLA terms as specified in separate enterprise master services agreements (MSAs).
